RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bayaar, every garment is crafted with precision and care. As each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges, ensuring that any genuine concerns are thoughtfully addressed.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only in cases where there is a valid concern with the product. This may include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Quality issues
  • Incorrect item received

All exchange requests must be raised with a clear explanation of the issue.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is received:

  • The product will be collected and inspected by our team.
  • After verification, a replacement piece will be dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Delivery timelines for the exchanged product will depend on your location and courier service.

This process allows us to carefully understand the issue and ensure that the replacement piece is crafted without the same concern.

Condition of Returned Product

The product being returned for exchange must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original packaging intact

If, upon inspection, the returned product is found to have damage that was not present at the time of delivery, Bayaar reserves the right to:

  • Reject the exchange request, or
  • Require the customer to bear the cost of a new product

Exchange Charges

We offer free exchanges, with no additional shipping charges involved in the process.

Important Notes

  • Each exchange request is subject to review and approval.
  • Products once exchanged are not eligible for further exchanges unless a new valid issue is identified.
